Earlier Work
A Temporal Logic Programming System, M.Tech thesis, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, 1988. Preserved in the Digital Library of India. This thesis, written for my Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree in Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Kanpur, presents a programming system based on temporal logic, a formalism for reasoning about how truth changes over time. This was my early research in AI, particularly formal logic and knowledge representation. It later shaped my design of the Intelligent Filing Manager (INTELLIFM), an AI expert system I invented that remains in production use today.
